GrafiQi DesignWorks is a corporate graphic design studio based out of chennai, specialising in high-volume production design for marketing, research and technical teams across the world.

We work on business-critical communication such as reports, white papers, presentations, interactive PDFs, proposals, event collateral and other branded marketing materials. Our work is creative, detail-driven, deadline-sensitive and often involves complex content, multiple revisions and strict brand guidelines.

We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, responsiveness and dependable execution.

Role Description

We are looking for experienced Corporate Graphic Designers who are comfortable working on creative, structured, content-heavy business communication.

The role will involve designing and formatting materials such as reports, white papers, presentations, proposals, brochures, interactive PDFs, infographics, event collateral and repeat branded assets.

You should be comfortable working within existing brand guidelines, understanding detailed briefs, managing multiple rounds of amends and maintaining consistency across large documents and multiple deliverables.

This role requires someone who is very fluent with English, can be creative within the brand guidelines, have the ability to understand the content and design layouts to make the content stand out in readability and clarity,



pay attention to details and deliver consistently under tight deadlines.

This is a hybrid position. The team currently works from home but will shift to the office in Ambattur, chennai over the next few months.

Qualifications Required

- Excellent fluency in English to read and understand complex briefs.
- 3+ years of corporate graphic design experience, preferably in corporate, B2B, publishing or outsourcing design companies.
- Strong experience in PPT design, interactive PDFs, reports and other business communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across multiple assets.
- Excellent typography, layout and content hierarchy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling multiple rounds of revisions and applying feedback consistently across a document.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team while also taking ownership of assigned work.

- Experience working on presentations, research reports, white papers or technical publications.
- Experience with data visualisation and infographic design.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly UK and USA teams.
