- We are looking for a dynamic and polished Art Gallery Manager who can become the central link between the gallery team, clients, artists, and the Director.
- This role is ideal for someone who combines solid people skills with a genuine appreciation for art and can confidently manage both internal coordination and high-value client interactions.
- The right candidate will be articulate, presentable, organized, and proactive, with the ability to create a seamless gallery experience while supporting the Director across operations, exhibitions, client relationships, and day-to-day team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary POC for all gallery employees.
- Coordinate day-to-day gallery operations and team activities.
- Work directly with the Director and provide regular updates on operations, clients, and team matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collectors, artists, and other stakeholders.
- Support client meetings, presentations, exhibitions,



and gallery events.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and coordination professionally.
- Prepare presentations and communication materials as required.
- Coordinate with artists, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Requirements

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, professional, and well-presented.
- Good team coordination and people-management abilities.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
- Background in Fine Arts, Art History, Gallery Management, Design, Luxury, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in an art gallery, museum, auction house, luxury brand, or premium client-facing environment would be an advantage.
