Role Overview

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to manage accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting while supporting the firm’s advisory and internal financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, ROC and statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS and management reports.
- Manage audit coordination, reconciliations and tax assessments.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses and cash flows.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory documentation.
- Support budgeting, financial analysis and business decision-making.




- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA qualification from ICAI.
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple responsibilities independently.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and qualified ethics.
