What You’ll Own
Translate customer requirements into functional, aesthetic space plans
Own the complete design deliverables
Deliver an exceptional, trust-led customer experience
Manage pipeline and drive monthly revenue targets
Ensure explicit, seamless project handover to execution teams
What We’re Looking For
2+ year experience in residential interiors (modular + space planning)
Bachelor’s in Interior Design/B.Arch
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools
Experience in client-facing or design-and-build setups
Strong communication and presentation skills
High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.
