Junior AI Developer Technical Job Description (Up to 2 Yrs Exp)
1. AI & LLM Fundamentals Good understanding of Generative AI LLMs prompting embeddings vector search RAG and AI application development.
2. Analytical & Reasoning Skills Excellent ability to analyze complex problems break them into smaller tasks identify patterns reason logically and derive accurate solutions.
3. AI Agents & Automation Ability to develop and integrate AI agents tool/function calling workflows task automation and human-in-the-loop processes.
4. Python & Data Science Solid Python fundamentals with exposure to data processing Pandas NumPy basic ML concepts data analysis and visualization.
5. RAG & Knowledge Processing Hands-on understanding of document processing chunking embeddings retrieval semantic search prompt context and grounding AI responses.
6.



Data Quality & AI Validation Ability to perform data validation consistency checks anomaly detection output verification hallucination identification and basic AI evaluation.
7. Engineering & Learning Mindset Good understanding of APIs Git debugging testing JSON databases cloud fundamentals with strong curiosity and ability to rapidly learn and experiment with emerging AI technologies.
