To manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes policies recruitment coordination HR interviews employee joining and exit formalities while providing effective support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements and HR interviews.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including interview scheduling candidate follow-ups and joining coordination.
Conduct and manage employee joining and onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee records HR documentation and personnel files.
Ensure proper execution of HR policies processes and procedures.
Handle exit formalities full & final coordination and exit documentation.
Manage attendance leave records and employee-related HR queries.
Employee engagement activities and address routine employee concerns.
Prepare regular HR reports and maintain accurate HR MIS.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
5-6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
Strong experience in Recruitment & Interview Coordination.
Hands-on experience in Joining & Exit Formalities.
Valuable knowledge of HR policies and employee lifecycle management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up coordination and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS
