We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Core HCM and Compensation to support Workday implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM Functional.
- Expertise in Core HCM and Workday Compensation.
- Experience in Workday business process configuration.
- Requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution design.
- Experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM business processes.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Workday certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:





- Configure and support Workday HCM and Compensation modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Design, configure, and test business processes, workflows, and functional changes.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and support production activities.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, technical teams, and other Workday teams.
- Support enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM processes.
- Prepare functional documentation and support user acceptance testing.
