Position Title: Senior Accountant

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Ops Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.
The Operations Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the financial performance of our media income streams. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of media income dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to media income.
Collaborate with multiple teams within network to develop and implement pricing strategies, revenue optimization initiatives.
Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor and manage client contracts, ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and compliance with contractual terms.
Support the negotiation of Operations agreements and contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
Identify and investigate discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams and external partners for resolution.
Generate precise and timely invoices for media services provided.
Oversee the collection process,



addressing client inquiries and facilitating prompt payments.
Income Distribution:
Coordinate the distribution of media income to relevant stakeholders in accordance with contractual agreements.
Ensure compliance with distribution policies and calculations.
Execute month-end financial processes, including reconciliation, accruals, and adjustments.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely month-end closure.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal financial policies.
Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
Qualified CA with Strong understanding of accounts and finance.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities.
