Built to last.And we're just getting started.What you’ll do:Drive key strategic initiatives from idea → execution → closure.Manage and coordinate teams across functions to ensure work gets done on time and to standard.Work closely with the Founder, leadership team, and cross-functional teams.Own priorities, timelines, OKRs,



and follow-ups across multiple initiatives.Drive accountability, remove bottlenecks, and keep teams moving.Leverage technology, AI, automation and digital tools to maximise productivity and efficiency.Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve processes using tech.Prepare business updates, presentations, reports, and decision-making insights.Act as a bridge between the Founder and functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution.Step in, solve problems, and get things moving when required.What we’re looking for:Strong people management, communication & project management skills.High ownership, structured thinking, and a bias for action.Ability to influence and get work done through cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of technology, AI, automation and modern productivity tools.Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.Someone who can think strategically, leverage technology, and execute hands-on.MBA / equivalent experience is a plus.At Globeia: You’ll be at the centre of strategy, people, technology, decisions & execution.
