supporting upgrades and ensuring the platform meets security and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and deployment of OpenText for HR document management.Integrate OpenText solutions with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.Configure workflows, metadata, permissions and document lifecycle management.Provide L2 and L3 technical support for OpenText-related issues.Analyse technical problems and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for resolution.Manage system updates, patches and enhancements.Ensure compliance with enterprise IT security and regulatory requirements.Develop technical documentation and user training materials.Support end users with technical queries and best practices.Collaborate with HR IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.Ensure appropriate data security, access control and GDPR compliance.Must-Have SkillsStrong hands-on experience in OpenText implementation, configuration and support.Experience with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM or similar OpenText modules.Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.Experience or understanding of HR document management integrations.Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.Good understanding of workflows, metadata, permissions and document lifecycle management.Ability to support enterprise applications in complex environments.Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.The JD specifies 3+ years of hands-on OpenText implementation, configuration and support experience,
