You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to make sure every onboarding moves smoothly from kickoff to go-live and beyond.This is a hands-on role at the intersection of customer experience, product, and program management. You’ll coordinate moving pieces, follow up on action items, understand customer needs, solve problems, and help build processes that make the customer journey better.What You’ll DoCustomer Onboarding• Coordinate customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live• Understand customer requirements and track dependencies• Coordinate with internal teams to keep onboarding on track• Ensure customers are clear on next steps and timelinesCustomer Success• Stay connected with customers during the early adoption phase• Follow up on open items and understand customer challenges• Help customers get value from the productProgram Management• Track timelines, action items, dependencies, and deliverables• Coordinate across teams to keep projects moving• Identify delays or blockers and ensure timely follow-upProduct & Customer Enablement• Learn Publive’s products and customer workflows• Support product walkthroughs, demos, and training• Help customers understand product features and processesCross-Functional Execution• Work closely with Product, Tech, Sales,



and other internal teams• Help resolve customer requirements and unblock issues• Ensure information flows smoothly between customers and internal teamsDocumentation & Process Improvement• Maintain onboarding notes, checklists, guides, and documentation• Identify recurring issues and suggest ways to improve processes• Contribute to playbooks and workflows as the team scalesVoice of Customer• Capture customer feedback, questions, and pain points• Share relevant insights with the CX and Product teamsYou’re a Fit If You…• Have graduated with a B.Tech or have a relevant technical background.• Are a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience.• Are curious about SaaS, technology, digital products, and how businesses use them.• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable speaking with customers and internal teams.• Are highly organised and good at keeping track of multiple tasks, follow-ups, timelines, and details.• Enjoy figuring out how things work and can learn a current product quickly.• Can take a problem, break it into steps, and drive it towards resolution.• Are comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, presentations, and basic productivity or CRM tools.• Are proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.• Enjoy working across different teams and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.What You’ll Get• Hands on experience in B2B SaaS and Customer Experience• Exposure to Product, Program Management, and customer onboarding• Opportunity to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams• Ownership of real projects and processes• Mentorship and learning opportunities• Experience building processes, documentation, and playbooks• Potential opportunity to grow into a full-time CX or Program Management roleImportant NoteThis is not a back-office support role.
