Role : Salesforce operations specialist ( Sales ops )Location : Mumbai, HybridShift Timings : Regular Shift Experience : 1 + YearsNOTE : Must have experience in Salesforce tool JOB DESCRIPTIONWe're looking for a detail-oriented candidate to support our Sales Development team by cleaning, enriching, and expanding our Salesforce account and contact data. This role is critical to improving pipeline quality by ensuring SDs are working with accurate, complete, and well-researched account records, and helping us identify and add new target accounts into the system.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit existing Salesforce accounts and contacts for accuracy, completeness, and duplicates; standardize and cleansedata fields (industry, employee count, revenue, HQ location, etc.)Enrich existing account and contact records using third-party data tools.Research and create new target accounts in SFDC based on ideal customer profile (ICP) criteriaMonitor and identify recently funded companies, current market entrants,



and expansion signals; add qualified accounts to the CRM with supporting research notesFlag and merge duplicate records; maintain a clean, deduplicated databaseCollaborate with SDRs and Sales Ops to prioritize account research based on territory and campaign needsBuild and maintain tracking/reporting on data quality metrics and new accounts addedDocument data sourcing and enrichment processes for repeatability.Qualifications1+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, research, or CRM administration (Salesforce experience required)Hands-on experience with data enrichment toolsFamiliarity with firmographic/technographic data and funding databases (Crunchbase, PitchBook, or similar) a plusExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work independently and manage a research/enrichment backlogPrior experience supporting a Sales Development or Sales Ops function preferred
