We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our team and support the growth of a leading platform within the travel industry.

In this role, you will work closely with travel agencies and property owners, helping them understand the value of the platform and how increased visibility and optimized listings can contribute to their bookings and revenue.

Role Overview: This role focuses on outbound sales activities, requiring a solid commercial mindset and a proactive approach. You will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new property listings for the platform, reactivating dormant partners, securing contract renewals, and maximizing inventory by upselling additional listings and services to existing collaborators.

The position involves promoting the value of the platform to travel agency and homeowners partners, demonstrating how increased visibility and optimized listings can drive bookings and revenue. Success in this role requires strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills,



as well as the ability to build long-term relationships with partners in the travel industry.

What you'll do:

- Conduct outbound sales activities and proactively engage with potential and existing partners.
- Acquire new property listings for the platform.
- Reactivate inactive or dormant partners.
- Support contract renewals and strengthen long-term partner relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional listings and services.
- Understand partner needs and communicate the value of the platform effectively.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
- Work towards clearly defined monthly sales targets and KPIs.

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 6 - 12 months of experience in Sales or BPO.
- German at C1 level or above.
- English at B2 level or above.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- A proactive and commercially driven mindset.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5 days per week, 09:00-18:00
