Role Name: HILS Automation Engineer

Must Have Skills:

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Sound working knowledge on dSPACE/ NI tools- ControlDesk, AutomationDesk
- Sound understanding of BDD and Gherkin Test case Authoring.
- Proven Analytical skillset to ensure the root cause analysis is done time bound.
- Plan the test executions as per the demand understanding the Software releases.
- Lead system level vehicle network validation.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to our stakeholders where required.
- Collect requirements, design, implement and deliver complex automation solutions for the System testing and simulation tools used within the group.
- Technical know-how and experience in the integration of electrical systems
- Work closely with the Test Platform team,



to ensure all proposed solutions are scalable and in line with the wider business guidelines for automation.
- Share all the updates and improvements of the test environment with all squads in Test as Service and its customers (Test Execution, System Test and System Coordinator, Test Environment and Integration squads)
- Provide technical leadership to other engineers within the group.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Knowledge of application of an automation system in a complex environment
- Scripting/programming skills in a control environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the Automotive domain
- Proven experience in delivering test automation scripts to generate scenarios via dSPACE AutomationDesk / NI TestStand.
- Experience in delivering scenarios using dSPACE Model Desk or IPG CarMaker.
- Robust background in developing test automation solution based on the keyword-based testing approach.
- Strong root cause analysis skills and Issue management.
- Strong knowleadge of CI/CD DevOps concepts

It will be considered as a bonus if you have:

- Experience working within Agile.
- Electrical integration experience.
- Understanding of ASAM OpenX, ISO26262 standards
- Experience with HIL Automation.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SVN and Gitlab

Experience: 4-6 Years of experience in Test Automation
