Role Description The Sr Interior Designer and Jr Interior Designer roles are full-time, on-site positions based in Navi Mumbai. Both roles involve developing interior concepts, preparing design presentations, coordinating with clients, and supporting project execution from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating drawings and layouts, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E;, and working closely with project teams and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained. Senior team members will lead projects, mentor junior designers, and manage client communications, while junior designers will assist with drafting, documentation, and design development. All designers are expected to participate in site visits, monitor progress, and collaborate to resolve design and construction challenges.





Qualifications

- Designer should possess strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Designer should possess knowledge of Architecture and experience translating design concepts into practical built environments.
- Designer should possess proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and documentation for coordination with contractors and consultants.
- Designer should possess expertise in FF&E; selection, including finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and materials appropriate to project requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a studio and on active project sites.
- For Sr Interior Designer: prior experience leading interior projects and coordinating with clients and contractors; for Jr Interior Designer: some practical experience or internships in interior or architectural firms.
