About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive – Shopify to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify website and support website growth, product launches and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Shopify website operations and updates.
Upload and maintain product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, variants and collections.
Create and update landing pages, banners, offers and promotional sections.
Ensure the website is accurate, updated and aligned with ongoing campaigns.




Monitor basic website metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV and add-to-cart rate.
Support basic CRO and website optimization activities.
Coordinate with Creative, Marketing and Operations teams for website requirements.
Identify and report website issues such as broken links, incorrect content or mobile display issues.
Support new product launches, offers and campaign execution on Shopify.
Maintain website trackers and prepare basic performance reports.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, D2C or Shopify.
Hands-on understanding of Shopify and website management.
Good understanding of product catalogue and e-commerce operations.
Basic knowledge of CRO and e-commerce metrics.
Good Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Shopify Liquid or website builders is a plus.
