We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate will have robust project management skills along with a good understanding of AI technologies, data, software development, and cross-functional team coordination.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, AI/ML engineers, data scientists, developers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality expectations.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of project/program management experience.
- 5+ Experience managing technology, AI/ML, data, or software projects.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience delivering Generative AI/LLM projects. Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI, LLMs, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and distributed/remote teams.
- Technical background in software engineering, data, or AI is a plus.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.




- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from requirements through production.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate AI engineers, data scientists, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate development and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions.
- Manage vendors and third-party technology partners where required.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance are maintained.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, security, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate project status and key decisions clearly to senior management.
