HIRING - Architect with 2+ yrs experience

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include site visits, design development, detailing, documentation, and ensuring that projects align with the studio’s creative vision and functional requirements. The Architect will participate in client meetings, support project planning and timelines, and contribute to integrating design with technical and engineering inputs. The role involves active collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous refinement of design solutions to meet aesthetic, practical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications





- Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into transparent plans and spatial experiences.
- Experience with Project Management, including coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Integration between architectural concepts and related disciplines, such as structural, MEP, and interior design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate in a team setting, and engage in client and consultant interactions
