- 15-22 years of overall experience
- Minimum 5-8 years in Enterprise Transformation / Business Transformation / Digital Transformation / Management Consulting / GCC / GBS / Shared Services transformation
- Robust experience managing complex, cross-functional and enterprise-wide transformation programmes
- Preferred industry experience: Energy/Power, Oil & Gas, EPC/Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial Projects, Utilities or large diversified conglomerates
- Thinks enterprise-wide rather than functionally and converts strategy into executable transformation programmes
- Builds transformation roadmaps and business cases, and is willing to challenge existing processes and operating models
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and global business leaders without direct authority
- Quantifies transformation benefits and ROI, and connects business transformation with technology, AI and automation
- The Enterprise Transformation Lead will drive the enterprise-wide transformation agenda for the GCC,



converting strategic business priorities into measurable transformation programmes, operating-model improvements and digital initiatives.
- The role acts as a strategic bridge between Global Corporate Leadership, GCC Leadership, Business Functions, IT/Digital, Enterprise Architecture and Transformation teams, ensuring the GCC evolves from a delivery/support centre into a high-value strategic capability and transformation hub.
- The incumbent will own the transformation portfolio, establish transformation governance, identify opportunities for process simplification and automation, drive cross-functional transformation programmes, and ensure measurable business value realization.
- The role has significant exposure to Enterprise Transformation, Business Process Transformation, Digital Transformation, Operating Model Design, BPM, Automation, AI, ERP transformation, Change Management and GCC maturity development.
