Positions: 10 Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Goregaon, Mumbai CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA Work Mode: WFO Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Overview We are looking for a Storage Administrator – L1 to support day-to-day storage infrastructure operations, including monitoring, provisioning, health checks, troubleshooting, and incident/service-request management. Key Responsibilities Monitor storage infrastructure and identify alerts/issues. Provision storage volumes based on approved requests. Manage storage-related service requests. Perform routine storage health checks. Troubleshoot basic storage-related issues. Support incident and service request management. Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as required. Maintain operational records and ticket updates. Required Skills SAN/NAS Fundamentals Basic knowledge of EMC Storage Basic knowledge of NetApp Storage Basic knowledge of Dell Storage Windows fundamentals Linux fundamentals Ticketing/ITSM tools Basic storage monitoring and troubleshooting
