Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architectural Draughtsman

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shell Plan Coordinator with robust drafting skills and experience in preparing architectural and structural drawings for residential projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and have a good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

Key Responsibilities

- Read, interpret, and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare accurate architectural and shell plan drawings for residential projects.
- Develop detailed working drawings based on project requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure drawings are accurate and delivered within timelines.




- Incorporate design changes, revisions, and client inputs into drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and technical standards.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong hands-on experience in technical drafting and drawing preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Good understanding of residential construction and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of formwork will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in English.
- Strong attention to detail and technical understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple drawings and revisions while meeting deadlines.
