About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Sales skilled to drive enterprise sales across Karnataka. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating with clients, and building strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and growth. Candidates with experience in the banking sector and willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through lead generation and proactive sales activities across Karnataka.
- Manage key customer accounts and build long-term business relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Drive retention, cross-selling, upselling, and growth of existing accounts.
- Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.




- Achieve sales and collection targets while maintaining healthy receivables and zero bad debts/NPA.
- Handle customer queries, conflicts, and escalations with timely resolution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account reviews, and regular business updates for management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer developments, and market share.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and develop account-specific sales and negotiation strategies.
- Maintain customer hierarchy mapping and ensure regular updates to internal teams.

Required Skills

1–8 years of B2B sales experience (Mandatory)

Experience in sales to Banks/Banking sector (Preferred)

Strong communication and client relationship management skills

Experience in business development, enterprise sales, and negotiation

Kannada speaking is mandatory.

Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka
