Job Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor & manage front end team members
Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end architecture for web applications - Dashboards/CMS development, deployment and monitoring phases.
Evaluate requirements and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured development strategies
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend & QA teams to align technical solutions with business goals
Integrating APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality
Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of CMS & web
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activities
Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Perform code reviews
Setting KPIs and other metrics to measure team performance

Required

Prior experience working on consumer-facing products
5+ years of experience creating high-performance Dashboards/CMS/web applications using
React
Passionate about frontend development and writing readable and efficient code
Expert level development skills in HTML5,



CSS3 & JS & can rightly judge/implement
solutions to complex problems
Experience writing unit tests using Jest or React Testing Library
You have hands on experience in cache management
You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.
Proficient understanding of ES5/ES6 , JQuery
Solid understanding of API Integration
Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX,
cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Good knowledge of server side rendering using template engine
Experience on debugging UI and web service calls.
Good understanding of SASS, Grunt
Experience working on website speed optimisation
Deep understanding of browser internal working
Good understanding of SEO principles
Must have used GIT (Source version control)
Positive understanding of analytics tools such as google analytics, clevertap, etc
Solid understanding of release management
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery high-quality results
