Key Qualifications & Skillsets:

- Experience: 10–15 years of overall experience in Software Development, with a minimum of 4–5 years dedicated to Program Management.
- Methodology: Active working experience in SAFe, Agile, and Scrum management. A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential is a strong advantage.
- Education: B.Tech Or M.Tech Or MCA
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills. Must possess excellent communication capabilities to translate complex technical concepts seamlessly between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Delivery: Proven track record of managing and delivering products successfully within an Agile environment.
- Embedded knowledge must require.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Project Management Excellence:



Demonstrate advanced knowledge of project management techniques. Utilize industry-standard tools to structure scheduling, staffing plans, task durations, and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Structure and present business, technical, and program status reviews to Senior Leadership using digital media, metrics dashboards, and Jira.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project obstacles and provide strategic recommendations for resolution. Adjust project plans dynamically as delays or challenges arise.
- Problem-Solving & Autonomy: Independently coordinate deliverables, navigate complex problems, and resolve ambiguity with minimal managerial oversight.
- Delivery Assurance: Champion software development best practices (including Scaled Agile, Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration). Drive definitions and solutions starting from high-level or skeleton use cases.
