We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who can generate student leads, counsel MBBS students and convert qualified prospects into paying learners.

Key Responsibilities Generate leads among MBBS students through calls, WhatsApp, social media, college networks and student communities.
Make outbound calls to prospective MBBS students and understand their academic and career requirements.
Explain TrulyDoctor courses, programs, benefits, pricing and enrollment process.
Conduct effective product counselling and sales conversations.
Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
Follow up consistently with interested students until conversion.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build relationships with MBBS students, medical student communities and college representatives.
Identify new channels for student lead generation.




Collect feedback from students and share market insights with the product and marketing teams.
Maintain qualified communication with students and parents where required.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who:
Has strong communication and convincing skills.
Is comfortable speaking with MBBS students over phone calls.
Has a sales-oriented mindset and enjoys achieving targets.
Can handle objections and follow up professionally.
Is comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation.
Can explain products clearly to students.
Is disciplined with CRM updates and daily reporting.
Has experience in EdTech, medical education, healthcare sales or student counselling — preferred but not mandatory.
