Core Requirement (Very Key):

We are looking for candidates with **strong hands-on Dynatrace administration experience**, including:

n

✔ OneAgent deployment, configuration & lifecycle management

n

✔ ActiveGate setup, clustering & routing

n

✔ Management Zones, tagging strategy & monitoring architecture

n

✔ Service & process detection rules, request attributes

n

✔ Alerting,



problem detection & RCA using PurePath / Smartscape

n

✔ Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementation

n

✔ Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configuration

n

✔ ITSM integration (ServiceNow / Jira)

n

Mandatory Experience:

n

✔ End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade

n

✔ At least one PoC or solution design ownership

n

✔ Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes)

n

✔ Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHP

n

✔ Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction

n

✔ Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance
