Role Overview:
We’re looking for driven individuals (0–2 years experience) who are eager to build a career in B2B sales. In this role, you will own outbound prospecting, engage with decision-makers, and convert conversations into qualified demos.

Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound cold calls and reach out via email/WhatsApp to potential clients.
● Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
● Identify customer needs and effectively pitch Runo’s solution.
● Qualify leads and schedule product demos.
● Gradually take ownership of conducting product demos for prospects.
● Provide product training and onboarding support to clients post-conversion.




● Maintain consistent follow-ups and build a strong sales pipeline.
● Track all activities in CRM and meet weekly/monthly targets.

What We’re Looking For:
● 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
● Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections.
● Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset.
● Strong interest in SaaS / tech sales.
