We are looking for a hands-on Presales Engineer with solid cybersecurity expertise and proven customer-facing experience. The role will support enterprise customers, channel partners and internal sales teams across solution design, demonstrations, proof of concepts, technical workshops and bid support.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand customer security requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions and architectures.

· Provide presales support across SOC operations, VAPT, SIEM, Zero Trust and Security Service Edge (SSE) technologies.

· Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, solution workshops and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.

· Work closely with sales, product management, OEMs and channel partners to develop technically differentiated solutions.

· Support RFP/RFI responses, solution documentation, architecture diagrams, BOMs and technical proposals.

· Enable channel partners through technical training, solution positioning and joint customer engagements.





· Participate in customer discovery sessions and engage effectively with CISOs, security teams, IT teams and other technical stakeholders.

· Maintain strong knowledge of evolving cybersecurity technologies, competitive offerings and industry best practices.

· Support Data Privacy and GRC solution discussions where required.

Required Qualification

· Minimum 7 years of relevant hands-on experience in cybersecurity and information security technologies.

· Strong practical experience in SOC operations, VAPT, SIEM, Zero Trust and SSE technologies.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as presales, solution consulting, technical consulting or security consulting.

· Ability to design solutions, conduct demonstrations and PoCs, and explain complex security concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

· Strong communication, presentation, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

· Hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies and solutions will be added advantage

· Experience or working knowledge of Data Privacy, GRC and compliance solutions.

· Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as Fortinet certifications, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH or equivalent.
