Job Description
Business Sourcing: Proactively source business through both Branch networks and the Open Market.
Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers to explain product features and value propositions.




Relationship Management: Manage and nurture qualified relationships with customers, branch staff, and senior managers.
Documentation: Handle end-to-end documentation with customers to ensure smooth processing and compliance.
Business Augmentation: Execute periodic marketing activities and events to boost business efforts.
Lead Management: Maintain daily updates of leads, lead tracking, and business progress reports.
Process Compliance: Ensure all tasks are executed according to prescribed guidelines and company processes.
