BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Salesprofessional to drive growth and adoption of Neokred's DigitalIdentity & KYC solutions. This role owns the sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting and consultative selling through to closure — while buildingstrong relationships with mid-to-large enterprise clients across banking, fintech, insurance, and e-commerce. You will work closely with product, technology, and compliance teams to position tailored, compliant identity verification solutions, and will be a key driver of revenue growth for the KYC product line.

What will you be doing here?

- Sales Ownership: Own the end-to-end sales cycle — identifying, qualifying, and closing business with enterprise and mid-market prospects across BFSI, fintech, insurance, and e-commerce.
- Pipeline & Lead Generation: Generate a strong, self-sourced pipeline through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and inbound leads, and manage territory growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with key client stakeholders,



recommending Neokred's KYC and Digital Identity solutions through a consultative, needs-based approach.
- Regulatory & Domain Knowledge: Maintain working knowledge of KYC/AMLregulations, digital onboarding norms, and identity verification practices to advise prospects and clients effectively.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure proposed solutions are customised, compliant, and deliverable.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategy and surface product improvement opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Forecast and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and quarterly targets to senior management.

Who are we looking for?

- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Sales or Consultative Sales, with meaningful exposure to KYC, Digital Identity, or Compliance SaaS solutions.
- Domain Expertise: Robust working knowledge of KYC/AML regulations, digital onboarding, and identity verification technologies (biometric authentication, e-KYC, etc.).
- Enterprise Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and close high-value deals within BFSI, fintech, or related regulated industries.
- Communication: A self-starter with a consultative approach, excellent writtenand verbal communication, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Track Record:A track recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets quarter on quarter.
- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers, with sound business judgement and attention to detail.
