Xceltech IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our growing B2B business development team.

The primary responsibility will be to identify potential business clients, generate qualified B2B leads and arrange meetings with decision-makers for our management team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate B2B leads from companies across India.

Identify businesses that may require outsourcing or back-office services.

Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.

Contact prospects through telephone calls, email, LinkedIn and other B2B channels.

Understand the prospect’s business requirement.

Qualify potential clients based on their actual business requirements.

Arrange meetings between qualified prospects and the management team.

Maintain and update the company’s lead database.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.

Track daily calls, leads, follow-ups and meetings.

Coordinate with the management/business development team for qualified opportunities.

What We Expect From You

Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Ability to generate leads through calling and online research.

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This Is Not Just a Telecalling Job

We are looking for people who can find genuine business opportunities, not simply collect phone numbers.

A successful candidate should be able to:

Research → Contact → Qualify → Generate Interest → Arrange Meeting

The final business discussion and closure will be handled by the management team.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹12,000+ per month based on qualified leads, meetings and overall performance.

High-performing candidates can earn above the fixed salary through performance incentives.

Performance-based growth opportunities are available.

Potential career path:

BDE → Senior BDE → Business Development Manager

Experienced candidates with 2-3+ years of B2B business development experience may also be considered for a senior/lead role.
