As a Sales Officer, you will be the on-ground face of our retail brand management operations, executing localized channel strategies and ensuring top-tier product visibility across Ludhiana. What Success Looks Like Months 1–3: Successfully map the top retail and wholesale outlets in your designated Ludhiana territory, establish a daily beat plan, and take over relationship management for existing local distributors. Months 6–12: Consistently hit 100% of primary and secondary monthly sales targets, optimize inventory levels across all channel partners, and onboard [Insert Number] current retail touchpoints to expand our market share. Must-Have Requirements Experience: 1 to 2 years of mandatory, hands-on experience in primary and secondary channel sales. Industry: Prior experience in FMCG or Retail Brand Management is required. Must be a current resident of Ludhiana with a deep understanding of local wholesale markets and retail topography. Core Capability: Proven track record of independently onboarding and managing distributors. Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits. Key Responsibilities Execute daily market visits to cultivate relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners. Manage local distributors to ensure a smooth supply chain, timely collections, and minimized stock-outs. Track competitor pricing, trade schemes, and merchandising visibility, providing weekly intelligence reports to the leadership team.
