About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development
Representative (BDR)/Team Lead to drive new business opportunities across CMS migration,
website modernization, digital experience, and enterprise web development.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales/business
development, with a strong understanding of enterprise prospecting, account research,
outbound campaigns, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
Experience selling or prospecting around CMS migration, WordPress, enterprise WordPress,
web development, digital transformation, or SaaS solutions will be highly valuable.
Experience with WordPress VIP is a strong plus.
This role will be responsible for identifying target accounts,
engaging senior decision-makers,
creating qualified sales opportunities, and building a consistent pipeline for the sales team.

The Senior BDR will be measured primarily on pipeline quality and opportunity creation, rather
than simply activity volume.

● Opportunity-to-pipeline conversion
● Target-account penetration
● Outbound campaign performance
