Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Fabric Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, analytics, and cloud technologies to build modern, scalable, and secure data platforms that support business intelligence, AI, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

• Build and manage data pipelines using Data Factory within Microsoft Fabric.

• Develop and optimize Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Real-Time Analytics solutions.

• Design and maintain scalable data models and data architectures.

• Implement data integration processes from various on-premises and cloud-based data sources.

• Create and optimize ETL/ELT processes for data transformation and loading.

• Develop semantic models and support reporting requirements using Power BI.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data platform performance and reliability

• Implement data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, architects,



and developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

• Support AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics workloads leveraging Microsoft Fabric capabilities

• Document technical designs, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Analytics Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Fabric Lakehouse

• Fabric Data Warehouse

• Fabric Data Factory

• Fabric Real-Time Analytics

• OneLake

• Power BI

• Experience with SQL, T-SQL, Spark, PySpark, and Python.

• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns and data modeling concepts.

• Experience working with Azure Data Services.

• Knowledge of data governance, security, and access management.

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for data platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:

• Azure Synapse Analytics

• Azure Data Factory

• Azure Data Lake Storage

• Azure Databricks

• Azure Event Hub

• Azure Stream Analytics

• Familiarity with AI/ML integration and data science workflows.

• Understanding of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).

• Experience in enterprise-scale cloud migration and modernization projects.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
