We're hiring a Client Success & Growth Manager.
The bridge between our clients, our creative team, and what we deliver.

Krushit Vanzara Studios is a creative post-production studio specializing in Photo Retouching, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and Graphic Design, serving clients worldwide. Our editors do the craft. We need someone to ensure projects reach the right clients, on time and exactly as briefed, and to help us find more of them.

What you'll do:
Own client communication: Be the main point of contact for clients. Take briefs, handle feedback, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
Drive project delivery: Translate client briefs into transparent instructions for the team, track timelines, and make sure every deliverable goes out on time and to spec.
Coordinate the team: Work daily with editors and team leads on priorities, workloads, and revisions, and flag issues before they reach the client.
Bring in new business: Research prospects, run outreach over email and LinkedIn, and convert conversations into projects.
Run our social presence: Post creatives and showcase our work across our social channels to support client acquisition.
Brainstorm everything: Contribute ideas across client pitches, campaigns, content, and how we work.

You're a fit if you:
Have 2 to 4 years in account management,



client servicing, or business development, ideally at a creative agency, studio, or production house
Write and speak excellent English, since you'll be dealing with international clients daily
Understand creative work well enough to brief an editor and push back on an unrealistic deadline
Are organized enough to juggle multiple clients and deliverables without dropping any
Are comfortable with outreach. A cold email doesn't scare you.
Know your way around Instagram and LinkedIn
Bonus: familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp

We have two shifts: 8 am to 5 pm or 11 am to 8 pm; alternate Saturdays are operational.

CTC: ₹3 to 6 LPA
