? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

⏳ Experience: 2–3 years (Practicing CS Firm background required)

✅ Pursuing CS Final or CS Inter

✅ 2–3 years' experience in a CS Firm (mandatory — freshers, please do not apply)

✅ Solid knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 & MCA Compliances

✅ Added advantage: exposure to Start-up Companies, Legal Documentation, and Valuation & Due

? Incorporation & Conversion of Companies/LLPs

? Charge Forms — filing & management

? Statutory Registers & Records maintenance

? ISIN Activation & Dematerialisation of Shares

? Share Transfer & Transmission

? Company Strike-Off matters

? Annual ROC Compliances

? Liaison with MCA, RTA & other regulators

? Start-up matters, Legal Documentation, Valuation & Due Diligence
