Role Description :
This is a full-time, in office Tele Sales Executive role based in Koramangala, Bangalore . The Tele Sales Executive will handle leads provided by the company, contact potential customers in the UAE, understand their requirements, recommend suitable perfume products and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up with interested customers, explaining products, offers and pricing, handling customer questions and objections, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer and sales records in the CRM and coordinating with relevant teams for order confirmation and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, energetic and comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.

Qualifications :




Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Good communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi are preferred.
Knowledge of Arabic or any additional language will be an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, customer conversion or e-commerce sales is preferred.
Experience dealing with UAE/GCC customers will be an added advantage.
Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Ability to follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Comfortable working with daily and monthly sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
Energetic, disciplined, reliable and willing to work in an onsite, target-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits :
Basic Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Basic salary will be determined based on relevant sales experience and skills.
Performance-based incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Opportunity to increase overall earnings based on sales performance.
Training and development in perfume products, sales and the UAE customer market.
