Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly proactive VMS Support Analyst with deep

expertise in Beeline administration to manage end-to-end support operations for our

Vendor Management System platform.

In this role, you will be the primary subject matter expert responsible for triaging,

troubleshooting, and resolving tier-1 and tier-2 VMS support tickets, optimizing platform

configurations, and ensuring seamless operations for internal teams and client

stakeholders. As a self-starter, you must be capable of driving resolutions

independently, operating with zero guidance, and maintaining platform stability in a

fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. VMS Administration & Support Operations

● Serve as the core System Administrator for the Beeline VMS platform, managing

operational workflows, system configurations, user access, and security

permissions.

● Triage, investigate, and resolve high-volume support tickets, system issues, and

functional queries from internal teams, suppliers, and clients within strict SLAs.

● Analyze root causes of recurring platform issues and build standardized

operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline ticket resolution.

● Manage client-specific configuration updates, rate cards, custom field setups,

and workflow routing rules within Beeline.

2. Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Partner with implementation, testing,



and optimization teams to provide early

operational insights during new program go-lives and system updates.

● Monitor data integrity, integrations, and operational reporting across the VMS

ecosystem to ensure system consistency.

● Deliver tier-1 training, documentation, and operational guidelines to upskill

internal team members and reduce escalation dependencies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Criteria

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Beeline VMS Administration and

platform support.

Core Expertise: expert in Beeline configuration, workflow management, rate card

structures, and ticket resolution processes.

Proven track record as a self-starter who can operate independently, prioritize workload,

and deliver results with minimal to zero supervision.

Problem-Solving: Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve

complex VMS configuration and functional issues under pressure.

Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for

stakeholder management and client interactions.

Preferred / Added Advantage

Certifications: Official Beeline Certified Level 1 Or Level 2 Administrator strongly

preferred.

Multi-VMS Experience: Working knowledge or hands-on experience with other leading

VMS platforms, specifically SAP Fieldglass or Workday VNDLY.
