Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Visakhapatnam. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs, present suitable life insurance products, and support them through the application and onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting meetings and follow-ups, explaining product features and benefits, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The role also involves collaborating with team members,



meeting sales targets, participating in local marketing and outreach activities, and providing consistent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience working toward targets and managing leads or pipelines.
- Basic financial and insurance literacy, with the ability to explain life insurance concepts in clear, easy terms.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Comfort with using computers and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and customer communication.
- Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
