Hello All,Greeting's from ZettaMine!!!Job Title: SAP EWM ConsultantRelevant Experience: 7 to 9 YearsLocation: PAN INDIAWork Mode : HybridNotice Period: Immediate JoinersRole Summary:Skill: SAP EWM Decentralized Total Experience : 10+ YearsRelevant Experience: 7-9 YearsResponsibilitiesProvide L3 AMS support and enhancement services for SAP EWM Decentralized landscapes.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and inventory management.Perform configuration changes and execute approved business process enhancements.Support EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA, including monitoring and troubleshooting CIF, qRFC, and IDoc interfaces.Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, QM, Basis, and ABAP.Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare activities.Ensure adherence to SLA commitments, support processes, and ITIL guidelines.Prepare and maintain functional documentation, issue logs, and knowledge articles.D1 ExpectationsWork independently on assigned support tickets, enhancements, and configuration activities.Participate in issue analysis, testing,



and solution implementation.Collaborate effectively with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders.Follow established project and support processes.Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.Support project deliverables within defined timelines and quality standards.Required SkillsStrong experience in SAP EWM Decentralized with hands-on expertise in:Inbound ProcessingOutbound ProcessingPutaway & Picking StrategiesPhysical InventoryReplenishmentWave ManagementHandling Unit ManagementRF FrameworkWarehouse MonitorAdditional RequirementsGood understanding of SAP EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA.Experience in AMS support engagements and incident/service request management.Working knowledge of PPF, qRFC, CIF, and IDoc processing.Ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions.Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
