About the role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented SME Sales Manager to drive business growth in the West Region for the electronics/semiconductor business.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales and business development activities across the West Region.Manage and grow SME customer accounts in the electronics and semiconductor industry.Identify new customers, market opportunities, and potential business partnerships.Promote electronic components, semiconductor products, and related solutions to clients.Build strong relationships with OEMs, and EMS companies.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Coordinate with internal teams including supply chain, technical support, and operations for smooth execution.Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence updates.Conduct client meetings, product presentations,



and negotiations.Monitor competitor activities and market trends.Good to have:Solid B2B sales and account management skills.Good understanding of electronics components and semiconductor products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage regional sales independently.Robust customer relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, or related field.MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. Tier 1 or 2 collegesExperience working with electronics manufacturing companies, semiconductor distributors, or component suppliers.Strong network within OEM/EMS industry in the West Region.Experience handling SME accounts and regional sales targets.
