The role involves working closely with senior management and leading strategic / high-value projects to solve challenging business problems involving strategy as well as execution. This role offers a unique chance to work closely with senior leadership across the MD’s office and Commercial Excellence, and to learn best practices of running an organization while holding commercial responsibility.Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:Corporate Strategy & Growth Management
- Identifying top-line and bottom-line growth opportunities and supporting execution
- Working with senior leadership, leading cross-functional teams to ideate and execute high-value initiatives
- Leading and implementing strategic and business transformation initiatives (GTM, PMO etc.)
- Building analytical models and streamlining company-wide KPI tracking and review mechanisms
- Working across functional areas including sales, marketing, new launches, finance, etc.Public Relations
- Building and strengthening relationships with key business stakeholders, internally and externally




- Preparing engagement plans (e.G., Joint Business Plans, review meetings at CH level, etc.)Business Innovation
- Planning and initiating competent project and business strategies to penetrate new geographies and expand existing onesOthers
