Strategic Sourcing - Formulations Role Purpose Responsible for ensuring timely availability of APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and other project requirements through effective sourcing and procurement strategies to support uninterrupted formulation project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management for formulation projects.Ensure timely purchase order placement and material availability.Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and continuity of supply.Coordinate documentation for regulatory submissions, vendor qualification, audits, and quality agreements.Support product lifecycle activities from material procurement through finished product delivery.Manage artwork finalization and packaging-related coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Negotiate and execute commercial agreements in collaboration with Legal, QA, RA, and business teams.Monitor procurement hygiene, open deviations, vendor performance,
