Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly proactive VMS Support Analyst with deepexpertise in Beeline administration to manage end-to-end support operations for ourVendor Management System platform.In this role, you will be the primary subject matter expert responsible for triaging,troubleshooting, and resolving tier-1 and tier-2 VMS support tickets, optimizing platformconfigurations, and ensuring seamless operations for internal teams and clientstakeholders. As a self-starter, you must be capable of driving resolutionsindependently, operating with zero guidance, and maintaining platform stability in afast-paced operational environment.Key Responsibilities1. VMS Administration & Support Operations● Serve as the core System Administrator for the Beeline VMS platform, managingoperational workflows, system configurations, user access, and securitypermissions.● Triage, investigate, and resolve high-volume support tickets, system issues, andfunctional queries from internal teams, suppliers, and clients within strict SLAs.● Analyze root causes of recurring platform issues and build standardizedoperating procedures (SOPs) to streamline ticket resolution.● Manage client-specific configuration updates, rate cards, custom field setups,and workflow routing rules within Beeline.2. Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration● Partner with implementation, testing,



and optimization teams to provide earlyoperational insights during new program go-lives and system updates.● Monitor data integrity, integrations, and operational reporting across the VMSecosystem to ensure system consistency.● Deliver tier-1 training, documentation, and operational guidelines to upskillinternal team members and reduce escalation dependencies.Qualifications & RequirementsMandatory CriteriaExperience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Beeline VMS Administration andplatform support.Core Expertise: expert in Beeline configuration, workflow management, rate cardstructures, and ticket resolution processes.Proven track record as a self-starter who can operate independently, prioritize workload,and deliver results with minimal to zero supervision.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolvecomplex VMS configuration and functional issues under pressure.Communication: Transparent, professional written and verbal communication skills forstakeholder management and client interactions.Preferred / Added AdvantageCertifications: Official Beeline Certified Level 1 Or Level 2 Administrator stronglypreferred.Multi-VMS Experience: Working knowledge or hands-on experience with other leadingVMS platforms, specifically SAP Fieldglass or Workday VNDLY.
