Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tour Consultant role based in Malappuram. The Tour Consultant will advise clients on travel options, create customized tour packages, and prepare detailed itineraries. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing destination information, coordinating bookings for transport, accommodation, and activities, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end travel experience. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with clients, addressing service issues promptly, collaborating with suppliers,



and following up after trips to gather feedback and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism skills, with the ability to design and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Candidates should possess 2 years of Guided Tours experience, including organizing, coordinating, or supporting tour activities for individuals and groups.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions professionally and build trust.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and proficiency with booking systems, email, and office productivity tools.
- Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred; formal education in Travel & Tourism or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Malappuram, manage multiple bookings, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
