About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Marketing & Growth skilled to join a fast-growing Travel Tech startup.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building brands, creating content, engaging with customers, and driving growth. You'll work closely with the founders and business teams to build and execute initiatives across digital marketing, social media, content, customer acquisition and sales.

The exact scope of the role will be shaped based on your experience and strengths.

What You'll Do

- Build and execute marketing and growth initiatives across digital and social channels
- Create and manage engaging content for social media and other digital platforms
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement and conversion
- Manage and optimise digital campaigns and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to grow the brand and reach new audiences
- Engage with customers and prospects and understand their needs
- Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to execute ideas quickly




- Experiment with new channels, campaigns and content formats
- Track performance, learn from data and continuously improve
- Take ownership of projects from idea to execution

What We're Looking For
- Experience in marketing, growth, digital marketing, social media, content or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and execution skills
- A good understanding of digital and social media platforms
- Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Curious, proactive and willing to experiment
- Strong ownership — someone who can take an idea and run with it
- A genuine interest in building brands and businesses

Fresh perspectives, strong portfolios and hands-on experience are valued alongside traditional experience.
