Qualification: Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Graduate from a recognized institute

Technical Skills & Responsibilities

- Develop and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
- Lead Conceptual Studies and FEED Studies.
- Prepare and provide technical proposals for engineering and project-related work.
- Review engineering deliverables and ensure technical quality.
- Manage engineering-related contracts and deliverables.
- Provide technical inputs and develop engineering proposals.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders, including travel as required.
- Lead engineering team development, training, mentoring, and performance management.

Discipline Management

- Planning and scheduling of engineering activities.
- Engineering team management and resource planning.
- Resource acquisition and deployment.
- Supervision and coordination of engineering resources across disciplines.
- Management and review of project cost estimates and Basis of Design (BOD) documents.
- Ensure identification, documentation, and evaluation of project changes and change requests.





Essential Technical Skills

- Oil & Gas field development.
- Process simulation and conceptual studies.
- Preparation of:
- Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
- Heat & Mass Balances
- Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;)
- Process equipment specification and sizing.
- Preparation of specifications for bought-out items.
- Hydraulics and Flow Assurance Studies.
- Process safety studies for Oil & Gas facilities.
- Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of offshore platforms and floating production facilities will be an added advantage.
- Engineering resource development and management.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the organization and with external clients/customers.
- Solid leadership capability with experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of executing modification projects through all phases, from concept development through project execution.
- Strong client-facing, technical coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
