Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling
- Domain Experience: Must have experience in any one of the following:
- Physician Billing
- Hospital Billing
- Home Health Billing
- End-to-End Denials Knowledge: Mandatory
- Education: Degree mandatory
- English Communication: Fluent English communication skills required
- Age: Below 35 years
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred / required
- Relieving Letter: Not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end AR Calling for US Healthcare accounts
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims
- Analyze and work on denials, rejections, underpayments, and unpaid claims
- Perform effective claim follow-up and take appropriate action for resolution
- Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim status and payment information
- Maintain accurate follow-up notes and update claim/account status
- Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining solid process knowledge
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 1 year AR Calling experience
End-to-end denials knowledge
Physician / Hospital / Home Health billing experience
Degree qualification
Fluent English communication
Immediate joining
Currently residing in Chennai
Age below 35 years
