We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Male College Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of our college hostel, ensuring a safe and supportive living setting for students. The ideal candidate will have a background in hostel management and possess strong leadership skills to foster a positive community.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the college hostel and ensure the well-being of residents.
- Manage hostel staff and coordinate with them to maintain a safe and hygienic living environment.
- Address and resolve student grievances and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce hostel rules and regulations to maintain discipline among residents.
- Organize and facilitate events and activities to promote community building among students.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hostel premises to ensure compliance with safety standards.




- Maintain accurate records of hostel occupancy, maintenance requests, and other administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in hospitality management or social work is a plus.
- 4-14 years of experience in hostel management, student services, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse group of students.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
- Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues amicably.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hostel management software.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
