- 6 months - 2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in Singapore/APAC recruitment
- Valuable understanding of the Singapore talent market
- Experience handling IT and/or Non-IT recruitment
- Strong sourcing, screening and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet timelines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Exposure to MSP/VMS recruitment preferred
- JobDiva experience preferred
- Exposure to Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday or similar VMS/MSP platforms is an added advantage
